The
Skyline Sky Mill is widely used for sizing, high-speed shredding, and grinding
of powders, granules, tablets, and various wet and dry materials. Unlike the
four common principles of size reduction—cutting, attrition, impact, and
pressure—which often do not provide controlled size reduction, this machine
operates on the principle of centrifugal shearing force, ensuring uniform
particle size.
It is
extensively used in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries for
shredding rejected tablets, dry milling, wet milling, and de-lumping oversized
materials. The Sky Mill features an innovative design and optimised geometry of
the conical screen and impeller, enabling superior performance and efficiency.
