Skyline’s Infrared
Ray Dryer is designed for fast and efficient drying of washed equipment simply
by exposing them to infrared radiation. IR rays are completely safe for the
human body and do not heat the surrounding atmosphere, as their heating effect
is limited only to the surface they are directed at. Although IR rays do not
require air as a medium, a blower is provided to cool down heated items after
drying.
The IR elements
are ceramic-coated to prevent particle shedding or black particle generation,
ensuring contamination-free drying. Additionally, the dryer helps reduce
microbial counts. Infrared drying is especially effective for stainless steel
equipment due to the reflective nature of stainless-steel surfaces.
As per the application following models are available:
- Umbrella Type: Suitable for FBD bowls & spare parts.
- Insertion Type: Ideal for blender bins, storage/mixing Vessel & IPC bins
- Cupboard Type: Designed for Lab glassware, machine spare parts, scoops & sieves & similar items.
OPTIONS
- User-friendly PLC-based interface.
- Manual or pneumatic height adjustment for umbrella/insertion dryers.
- HEPA/Pre-Filter at blower Inlet.
