The Double Cone Blender comprises two cone-shaped sections welded to a central cylindrical section, forming a “double-cone” body.
It’s generally made of stainless steel (contact parts often SS-304 or SS-316), with mirror-polished internal surfaces for hygiene and ease of cleaning.

Material is loaded through a top aperture, and after mixing, discharged via a hermetically sealed butterfly valve.
