supplied in elliptical shape, mounted at a 30° angle for optimum tumbling
and coating efficiency. Custom pan geometries and mounting angles are
available on request.
- Variable Pan Speed: Adjustable
RPM enables precise control over coating uniformity and process
performance.
- Integrated Hot Air Blower: Thermostat-controlled
hot air system delivers air at controlled temperatures ranging from 40°C
to 80°C, ensuring efficient drying during coating.
- FLP / Non-FLP Electrical
Options: Electrical
system available in Flameproof (FLP) or Non-FLP versions as required.
- Tilting Mechanism: Easy-to-operate
tilting arrangement allows adjustment of the pan angle for optimal product
flow and discharge.
- Optional Polishing
Pan: Canvas-lined
polishing pan designed for quick mounting onto the drive hub, ideal for final
polishing and smooth finishing of sugar-coated tablets.
