Skyline Liquid Syrup/ Oral Manufacturing Plant

Capacity : 1 Ltr - 5000 Ltr.

Skyline’s Liquid Manufacturing Plant is an ideal solution for the pharmaceutical industry for the efficient and hygienic production of oral liquids. It is specially engineered to address two critical factors that directly influence product quality:
  • Minimal manual handling of the liquid
  • Maximum cleanliness throughout the manufacturing process
The plant ensures optimal manpower utilisation and is available in capacities ranging from 5 Litres. to 10 KL.
COMPONENTS OF THE LIQUID MANUFACTURING PLANT

  • Sugar Melting Vessel
  • Syrup Manufacturing Vessel
  • Pre-filtration Unit
  • Filtration Unit
  • Storage Vessel
  • Control Panel

  • Product Piping

  • Working Platform

SALIENT FEATURES
  • Designed for operation by one operator and one helper.
  • All material transfers carried out through vacuum or transfer pumps.
  • All vessels are cGMP compliant (paint-free construction).
  • Silicone (food-grade) gaskets ensure hygiene and sealing integrity.
  • All contact parts are made from SS 316 (SS 304 available on request) with 4B mirror finish and completely crevice-free surfaces.
  • Stirrer and high-speed emulsifier entry is from the bottom. In-line emulsifier available as per customer requirement.
  • All vessels are designed to withstand 1 Kg/cm² internal pressure and can be sterilised.
  • All pipes, pipe fittings, and valves are made from SS 304/SS 316 (as per requirement), seamless, internally electroplated, and equipped with tri-clover joints.

OPERATION
  • The system is a closed-circuit manufacturing line, starting from feeding sugar/water phase and ending at the liquid filling machine.
  • Sugar and water are loaded using a vacuum system, mechanical feeder, or manually.
  • The Sugar Syrup Vessel is equipped with a high-speed stirrer and electrical heating (for small models) or steam heating (for large models).
  • The syrup is heated to the required temperature and then transferred to the Manufacturing Vessel via vacuum or transfer pump.
  • During emulsion formation, the product can be recirculated through an in-line homogenizer or via a liquid transfer pump (optional).
  • After processing, the pump transfers the product to the Storage Vessel.
  • For small-capacity systems, the Storage Vessel is moved to the filling area and connected to a transfer pump.
  • For larger systems, the Storage Vessel remains fixed and the pump transfers liquid to a float tank connected to the filling machine.
  • The entire plant is operated through a centralised control panel, allowing single-operator control.
