A Powder
Transfer System (PTS) is an automated and contained solution designed for the
safe and efficient transfer of powders, granules, and bulk solids in
pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and biotechnology industries. Using vacuum
conveying technology, the system transfers materials directly from drums,
FIBCs, RABS, isolators, or processing equipment into reactors, blenders,
mixers, centrifuges, or other downstream processes without manual handling.
The system ensures
dust-free operation, minimizes product loss, reduces contamination risks, and
enhances operator safety while maintaining product integrity and regulatory
compliance (such as GMP and cGMP standards).
